The issue identified in this recall is isolated to batch 4825 & 4925 of the 5k MagSlim Power Bank - Black and does not affect any of our other products.

What do I need to do? 

Retail Purchases

If you purchased the MagSlim 5k Magnetic Power Bank - Black and the batch code reads 4825 or 4925 from one of our retail partners, you can receive a full refund at the point of purchase or by contacting Cygnett directly.

Simply take your MagSlim 5k Power Bank back to the store and our retail partners will assist you with the return process, if you are unable to return to the retailer of purchase please contact us at Cygnett Care and we will process the refund for you even without proof of purchase.

 

Online Purchases from Cygnett Australia website & marketplaces such as Amazon, Qantas, eBay, or Kogan.

If you purchased the 5k Magslim Power Bank - Black and the batch reads 4825 & 4925 directly from Cygnett, the Cygnett Australia website (www.cygnett.com.au), or from the Cygnett accounts on various marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay etc, we will directly refund your purchase.
