Great product, fantastic service
The power bank is so handy. Works well. The service from Cygnett is even better. I had an issue with my original unit and it was replaced without charge quickly. I was, naturally enough, asked to supply purchase details. I couldn’t do that because I obtained the unit using my Telstra points and my statement didn’t go back far enough to provide proof of purchase. The requirement was immediately dropped and my replacement was sent immediately. Very impressive.
