iPhone 12 & 12 Pro Tempered Glass Screen Protector

The protector is fitted and working well but the instructions could have been clearer about the fact that the protector has two sides, a smooth outer side and a tacky underside.

When the protective film is removed from the tacky side it should be more clearly indicated that the tacky side goes face down onto the tablet. When handling the protector and trying carefully not to leave any fingermarks there was nothing to indicate which side was up and which side was down.

The result was that the tacky side ended being up and the smooth side being down which resulted in the protector sliding off the surface of the tablet and the tacky side being uppermost collecting dust and fingermarks.. I then had to remove the protector from the tablet and clean the tacky side before re-applying it now there are several air bubbles under the protector that I am unable to remove.

Having previously applied a similar protector to a Galaxy phone from a different manufacturer, their instructions and process were much easier to follow with a far better end result

Absolutely terrible. Only instructions are an unclear and unhelpful video. The guidance on the pull tab is confusing and the “securing points” dont secure it (hence why in the video they continue holding it down after placing it into the securing points) - at best it guides you where to hold it so the protector sits in the middle of the screen. To have the pull tag underneath the protector as instructed results in some of the protective plastic peeling off before you have it in place. The protector doesn’t even reach the edges of the phone properly like screen protectors do. I’ve used Panzer Glass before, and it was far better (unfortunately out of stock hence purchasing this). I bought three of these from Cygnett, and the first one already had tons of dust trapped underneath, even though I cleaned the screen thoroughly with their kit. Don’t waste your money.
