Consumer safety and product satisfaction is our top priority at Cygnett.

We know you depend on our products, and we take this seriously.

Cygnett has identified a fire hazard issue with the Cygnett MagMove Dual Magnet Power Bank.   

We ask that you stop using the MagMove Dual Magnet Power Bank immediately. As a safety measure, we are initiating a recall of the MagMove Dual Magnet Power Bank and associated retail product bundles that include the MagMove Dual Magnet Power Bank. 

The issue identified in this recall is isolated to the MagMove Dual Magnet Power Bank and associated retail product bundles,  and does not affect any of our other products.

We remain committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety in all our products.

What do I need to do? 

Retail Purchases 

If you purchased the MagMove Dual Magnet Power Bank or one of the affected products from one of our retail partners, you can receive a full refund at the point of purchase.  

Simply bring your MagMove Dual Magnet Power Bank and proof of purchase, such as receipt or bank statement to the store and our retail partners will assist you with the return process.   

Online Purchases from Cygnett Australia website  

If you purchased the MagMove Dual Magnet Power Bank or one of the affected products directly from us, the Cygnett Australia website (, we will directly refund your purchase.

You may have already received email correspondence from us, outlining the steps to actioning a refund and returning the product back to Cygnett. If you have not received an email, please contact our customer support team to commence your refund and product return: Cygnett Care

How do I check to see if my Cygnett product is affected? 

You can check the Product Name and/or Product Code on your Cygnett products by: 

  1. Checking the Product Code and Product Name printed on the product. Every Cygnett product has both the Product Name and Code printed on the product itself. 
  2. Checking the packaging the product arrived in. Both the Product Name and Code will be printed on the packaging.  
  3. Checking the product manual that came with the product, inside packaging. Both the Product Name and Code will be printed on the product manual.

A: Refunds will be processed promptly after the return has been initiated. Refunds from purchases are usually processed within 2 business days; however, some payment methods can take up to 14 business days.
