    Refer previous review….after the initial disappointment I had when my phone would not charge on my magnetic charger while inside the case, Sean from Cygnett reached out to help me troubleshoot the problem. The level of after-sales service he provided was exceptional and I was so appreciative of his patience and perseverance. When the trouble shooting did not work, he sent me a replacement case and I am so thrilled to report that it works perfectly. Clearly the original case had an isolated fault and I now wish I could re-rate the previous review to 5 stars to recognise the outstanding support I have received to resolve this. It’s a great phone case that I am very happy with. Thank you Sean!

Cygnett’s warranty extends to purchases made at authorised retailers, to claim please contact your original place of purchase. 

All Cygnett products include a 2-year warranty, with the exception of the 5-year warranty for Armoured cables.

Once your order has been placed it will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. You will be notified of this via email.

Returns

Cygnett accepts returns within 30 days of purchase on items purchased from cygnett.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened in the original packaging.
