The concept and features are great, sadly the part that clamps to the device/tablet is poorly designed. The clamp has a large protruding section that rests against the back of the device, this prevents devices with protective cases from fitting inside the outer clamps, basically it lacks enough depth and as a result, the device must be removed from its case to work properly. This design is not ideal for children’s devices which require protective cases to prevent damage.

All Cygnett products include a 2-year warranty, with the exception of the 5-year warranty for Armoured cables.
