Good Quality with Considerations for Improvement
The powerbank is of good quality and nicely built. It effectively charges up my Surface Pro laptop. However, a notable downside is that the 60W USB-C output shares the same port as the power input of the powerbank. This setup caused an issue with my phone's reverse powerbank function. I found that if I did not disconnect my phone from the powerbank after it was fully charged, it would reverse charge the powerbank and drain my phone battery. Additionally, I noticed that the 4 LED light indicator on the powerbank often shows full, even after several charges. However, it starts from the second LED light when it is being charged. It would be a lot more user friendly if the LED light indicator could display a percentage reading instead.
