2. Battery Life
Always on the list of a new release is battery power, Apple have advised an extra 2 hours’ battery life, this is achieved through the A10 fusion chip which has a more powerful and efficient processor. This still won’t be enough so get your hands on our stylish power packs here.
Sayonara to the headphone jack, this has been replaced with stereo speakers which are 50% louder than the current model. Lightning ear pods (included) are replacing the old models these look the same but will plug into the lightning jack. There will also be a lightning to mini photo adaptor in the box.
Wireless headphones (available in October) will connect through a new W1 chip that enables simplified wireless connections they will automatically open a dialog box on the phone, tap to confirm and you are away! The chip is also compatible with Beats.
The Retina HD display is 25% brighter and will support 3D Touch as well as enhanced colour management.
Apple’s new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus will be made available for preorder beginning this Friday, September 9th. They will then launch on September 16th starting at $649 for a 32GB iPhone 7 or $749 for a 32GB iPhone 7 Plus. That’s right, storage has doubled for each tier, now topping out at 256GB.
